I am in absolute bits here and I don't know what to do.I have tried to make peace with my family over the weekend before I move and each and every one has told me to go to hell. I just called my mum in a final attempt and she told me that as far as she was concerned I was dead. I can't take much more rejection.

I agree with divegirl Pinkfizz, Sit yourself down with a nice cuppa or whatever and write a letter to every member of your so called "Family". Doing this is very therapeutic as you're airing all your feeling's on paper. I reckon your family will need you before you need them and you have friend's here as I can see so take heart Pink. i went through all this stuff wehen Iwas about 23 and imust say the memories are still there.I was pushed out by my alco stepfather on a very snowy day and as a result Ihardly saw my mother and moved in with my dad which was hard for us both.All Ixan say for you own sanity and hard as rejection is make your own way in the world and don't let them include you in their mess .It isnot your fault.Hope this helps a bit?

At the end of the day, all you did was tell the truth. You don't deserve all this horrendous stuff being chucked at you. You are not in the wrong - they are for treating you like this and trying to lay the blame where it doesn't belong. Well, as you know, you can pick your friends but you can't pick your family. So I think all you can do for now is hold up your head, knowing you did the right thing, and get on with your life with your own little family and let the rest of them stew in their own juices! I know you can't just ignore them for ever, but as has already been said, these things have a way of coming out in the open eventually. So in the end they'll all see that they have done a horrible thing to you, that you were telling the truth all along and then I hope they have the good grace to apologise! Till then, just enjoy your life...x
