Dishwasher problem

Don't know if anyone can help me. Our Bosch diswasher is full of dirty water in the bottom after a complete cycle.
I would imagine that the pump's working otherwise there would be a big flood when i open the door.

We've done the obvious such as cleaning out the sieve but nothing seems to work. Surely if the outlet pipe was blocked, again there would be no water getting out at all and i would have a flood when i opened the door.

Any suggestions before i ring the company (it's under a 5 year warranty)

TIA

The same thing hapened to my parent's dishwasher a few days ago. After calling out a plumber he said it would cost 160 + to fix so they decided to buy a new one. Their dishwasher was really old when it broke but if your's is still under it's warranty i'd just give em a call n get them out to fix it.
Hope all goes well

Try clearing the drain. Too much soap = bad. Wrong kind of soap = bad. Liquid soap = bad. Any of these can leave a gelatinous residue that can clog the drain. An appliance repair person can make short work of it if that is the problem.
Make sure the outlet pipe doesnt have a kink in it and it is low enough to drain the water off. I'm not suggesting you're daft or anything but you do leave it long enough to drain off dont ya?? I know i wasnt at first and switched it off before it had actually finished (i'm blonde!!) and couldnt understand why it wouldnt reset for the next go.........
