faulty demister

My Mondeo windscreen demister lacks force.
I have replaced the pollen filter, and all the other vents seem ok. Thanks in advance for any help.

is the wire inside of car on heater box going fully to windscreen,had probblem on transit and founed out it was the switch on (demist,feet,face)wire was not pulling up enough to go to window.box is in middle of car at back of gear stick,not well explained but good luck

Hi Madman06, Thanks for the reply.
The only wire actuated part of the heater system is the
hot / cold selector, which works OK. The vent selection operates on a vacuum principle. Also the Mondeo has a floor and radio console, making it damn near impossible to get at the back of the controls.
The Haynes Manual is very sketchy on the subject.
