Why do we seem to have US English spellcheck on this site? It is annoying having to check you're own spelling when the dotted line appears under your (correctly) spelled word.

I never spellcheck and if I get something wrong who cares :-)
I suspect that CT has recently upgraded his/her browser.

The latest version of Firefox now includes a spell-checking function. (I'm slowly managing to convince it that I really do know how to spell words like 'colour'). Perhaps CT's browser has a similar feature?

Ahhhhh right- I was wondering if he/she had a posher version of AnswerBankPlus+ than the rest of us. I mean I know we all have the tinking music, the webcam to Ed's office and the colours, but thought summet new had come out.

Still- got to say loved this months loyalty gift-everyone else received theirs yet?
Buenchico - you can download a British dictionary as an extension for FF, then it'll spell check correctly (as opposed to in an American way)
Yes, B00 received mine yesterday - a pair of night vision goggles for late-night ABering!!!

Have to say my spelling is so spot on perfect, would have trouble using the spellchecker thingy anyway...ha ha ha

Ah yes, that could be it. I had it down as this site as it was the only place that my spelling was being checked. I'm off to look into that UK english add on for FF 2.0.
Swanky aint they P&M? Though I do think the windscreen wipers on 'em are a bit OTT.
CT's spellcheck didn't spot "you're", and BOO's didn't flinch at "it's" or "Googles".

When I type in the text box on AB I do not get any spellchecking. How do I get my text spellchecked?

4getmenot will probably win in the end and we'll all be typing phonetic gibberish, sprinkled with random punctuation marks.

Bert it's a spell check not a grammar check. The words you highlighted are spelled correctly, just aren't grammatically correct. Maybe that'll be in FF3.0
