i would like to have a girls night in , fed up with the usual stuff , anyone got any fresh ideas . I have had make up parties and spa parties , what something new any one out there done something a little bit different ,, l live in leeds

We had a great cocktail making session where we got to have a go at making them ourselves and of course lots of tasting going on :)

Sorry I meant get a cocktail maker in to show and teach you, one that can do all that shaking malarky.

How about a nostalgia evening where you get together and either reminisce about your past with photos and such or bring old photos and talk each other through your pasts.

Maybe find something to do for charity such as making some jewellery or something that you can give to a charity shop to sell or similar.

How about an Ann Summers party. They are a really good laugh and if you hold the part i think you get a freebie and some sort of discount. Then once the Ann Summers lady has left, everyone is in high spirits for the rest of the night.

Try a 007 night!

Dress up as your favourite Bond girl. Hire a Bond DVD and set up a stash of alcohol. It can be wine, beer or shots (Shots work best for this really).

Settle down to watch the film following this one simple rule.

molly mandy you can have allsort of nights .the best, one i had was irish night but it was open to both sexes.everyone had at least one irish parent so it was quite easy to get dressed up in flags, hats, teeshirts , we played irish music all night not forgetting the pogues when the night was really getting going i done an irish quiz . a nice meal of boiling bacon some river dancing and plenty of drink we all had a great night last person left at four am,not many people went out sunday ',. i am going to have a spanish night in the summer i am collecting music ect now o l a mandy i am learning my spanish now

ann summers stuff is overpriced and very badly made who sow s that stuff, cant vouch for batterie stuff as i am not into soya meat .the best nights good host .or hostess ,a bit ,of imaigination .and some good friends who are up for a laught

Yeah be careful with ordering any "clothing" and lingerie and after we had one a number of people had to change stuff and many found their usual size was too small.

I'd be careful on the host you get as there can be a big different and try to tailor it to the girls you have there, i've found some can be very smutty which is more embarrassing than funny.

A good one which suits your group can be a great night though.

I used to work as an Ann Summers rep.
I was always very careful not to make it smutty and could guage what the ladies wanted in terms of approach. It was pointless making you audience feel uncomfortable when they are supposed to be having fun. I was a classy Ann Summers rep (if there is such a thing!)

Sizing is small so you're best always trying one clothes or bra size larger.
