I live in Exeter and the sorting office may be going on strike on Monday. Where would I need to go to a post box to ensure the letter I send is delivered? Do the outgoing and incoming letter get stuck at the sorting office? Thanks.

You need to go to somewhere that doesn't have a EX postcode, so possibly Torquay or Plymouth. And yes, I think that both the outgoing and incoming both get stuck at the sorting office.
