Last night (thurs 23/11/06) on channel 4 was a programme called the River Cottage Road Trip, and they kept playing a song while he was goping from Scotland to the Lake District. Please can someone tell me who it is...been driving me mad!!

Might have been Chocolate by Snow Patrol, I remember hearing that on that programme last night, though i'm not sure if it is the correct one. It definitely featured in the show though.
