A few years back, maybe 14 or 15 there was an advert for a bank or something. It featured 2 boys dressed as adults with adult voices, they were discussing banking or something. One of the boys who is making something behind the bar says to the other boy "chocky topping?" and the other boy says "no no no no no". Any Ideas??

It was an Alliance & Leicester ad and the voices were provided by Stephen Fry & Hugh Laurie - you can find the full ad on You Tube.
