Probably yes. Unlike lice, bugs aren't choosy what they feed on.
well.....as far as i know...they dont really feed on skin or anything like that. They like material....I have 3 cats and never have had any problems with bed bugs..but who knows!
Coffeeaddict, do you mean house dust mites? They fed on dead skin etc. Bedbugs are nasty bloodsucking critters and a different matter entirely. They're not commonly associated with cats, they're usually a problem of high occupant turnover places like rented houses and hotels. If you have bedbugs, contact the council immediately, they need professional fumigation. They live in cracks in floorboards, skirting boards etc and are not commonly seen in beds, strangely. You can't see dust mites, but you can certainly see bedbugs.
