I have a couple of PC's and a couple of laptops on my home network all accessing the internet via a wireless router, is there any way of stopping a specific computer from accessing the internet

Yes there is.

Open your router settings by pasting this in your address bar:

http://192.168.1.1/

Enable the wireless MAC filters and block the MAC address of the computer you want to stop accessing the internet.

Ahhh, mine was 192.168.2.1, got there eventually
