Continental driving Headlight Adaption

I need to know how to convert my headlight beams for continental driving. I understand there should be some sort of lever but find it on an external visual inspection. I have a 2006 Ford Mondeo. Thanks in anticipation.

pop into halfords and ask a pimply youth for a set of light adapting stickers for the continent. the aa /rac shop might have them if they are near you. also you local car shop.
