I need to draw this http://www.steve-o.com/public/asbestos/calwbg/ wbgrat1.jpgso I can print it out on acetate for a training demo.

How could I draw it ( just the circle and the lines not the background )

I am struggling or if anyone has a drawing or picture of Walton-Beckett graticule

Great work . Think I will go with cleaning up the 1st picture, also I will try and learn inkscape.
