I totally agree with Ratter 15 a long ban a hefty fine is just whats needed - and hopefully they will confiscate the car and destroy it!

longshank, there is a lot of difference between being a legally covered driver doing 80 on a motorway, and a silly little pr@tt shooting round a built up area at 65, with no tax or insurance.

He wants to count himself lucky that it was a speed camera that caught him, and not an innocent person crossing the road who was run down and killed!

I personnally hope they throw the book at him.

To be honest, you would be in the S**t for not having it if he was not speeding so he will defo get a ban and hefty fine.....120 hrs Community Service would be nice but that wont happen.
