without a doubt it's something your born with and everybody has a talent, you have just got to find it and enhance it to its full potential!!

depends what kind of talent, some things can be learn like Piano and any other instrument. but if its a telent like acting or performing, I think you must be born with some kind of telent that gives you the confidence to perform.
I mean I wasnt born with my talent to make chickens out of tea towells. :-)
Yep I think you're born with it, my husband is a really talented musician, completely self taught, he teaches now and works with musicians who went to Music College, several of them play brilliantly but you can really tell the difference. They all acknowledge he is better, he has a better ear and can play a song by listening to it and actually 'construct' a song which they can't do.

I still don't know what my talent is .....but whatever it is I bet I'm bl**dy good at it LOL!
In some ways you're born with it, but when you find it, you have to learn how to do it before you discover your talent at it, so basically it's both, if you know what you're good at, you can practice to make it perfet! :)
In the world of football there are those that are naturally gifted, eg Wayne Rooney and others that work hard to acheive a good level and rely on other abilities eg Vinney Jones.

In nature, when small animals watch larger creatures move they appear to be moving slowly and visa versa. So when we watch an elephant it appears to be slow, when we watch a mouse it seems like the 'film' is speeded up. Therefore if an elephant sees a mouse it will look like a very fast blur and the reaction would be the same as when a human has a small insect buzzing around it.
I beieve naturally talented sports people have a 'defect' which enables them to view other humans as if they were larger animals and they appear to move slowly enabling the sportsperson's reaction to appear super quick to you (tongue in cheek) mere mortals.

Consider Kenyans - utterly fantastic runners down to not only natural fitness, but primarily the generally higher altitude they are born which equals larger lung capacity due to the thinner air. In this case, they are born with a 'talent' but not any greater than each other - i.e. 2 twin Kenyans brothers who trained equally as hard would be so close ability wise it would be impossible to judge the difference. I wouldn't think genetic inheritence has the complexity to contain such specific information such how to be good at darts or fishing or martial arts or whatever, so overall I think no, people are not born with talents, but you can certainly seem like it!
I think yes.. It is...
Like the guy said below everyone can have some talent.
Just find out what yours is..
Natural talent like playing an instrument or playing tennis
professional i think you are born with this and no matter how much you try, If you have not got the gift you ain't got it...
