I am on day five of my diet.  I am attempting to follow the 8/16 intermittent fasting method.

i have watched a few of Jason Fung's videos and I understand the basics.  It is an appropriate diet for my health problems

does anyone have experience of intermittent fasting? Or any hints to help me stick to it.

Keto emphasises meats, poultry, dairy, fish, eggs, above ground vegetables, and lower sugar fruit. Some people think its lots of fat...it isn't. Dr's aren't always up to date. It's healthy fats, and some of the fat on your meat or chicken...not fat for the sake of it. Especially if trying to lose weight. 

Interesting. I used to use stevia way before it became popular. Gave up fairly quickly because...

 

they has a nasty aftertaste !

 

No matter what you use to sweeten something, someone will tell you that it's unhealthy.
