Tax 'dodging' is avoidance rather than evasion, so if there are loopholes to be closed then do so, but until that happens people legitimately avoiding tax should not be harangued - I'll go further, I think they should be applauded. Nobody, whatever their means, should pay 1 penny more in tax above the amount they legitimately owe.

 

If Rayner has legitimately avoided tax, then bloody good luck to her, but IF she has evaded tax then that's tantamount to stealing from the taxpayer. None of us knows what she's done, but I do think she's treating people as idiots in seriously expecting us to swallow the idea that for 5 years she lived in a house as her main residence 1 mile away from where her husband AND her kids lived.
