But I've not gotten the item yet. In fact the only information on my order is that the seller has sent it. Should have arrived at my click and collect location yesterday. Its via '48 hour courier'...that makes my heart sink.

Actually, I'm more 'worried' that I've not received the parcel and that there are no updates. Its from one of the huge booksellers, and they are usually very prompt.
