Or punch the speaker on the nose?  My current rage trigger is 'give back'.  I am doing this (voluntary work, joined the police/fire service/became a councillor....) because I want to give back.

That's 100% true, Darcey! 😃

Also "You're not as green as you're cabbage looking"

Oh bless😡

'early doors' (favoured by footballers)

Beginning a sentence with “So”...

"he turned around and said....." - so he wasn't facing you initially? aaaarrrrgggghhh!

"Was like" for "say or said".

Being referred to in a restaurant as Guys as in what would you Guys like.  I am always with the wife and she is not a Guy.  What is wrong with just missing out that word.

Language evolves so whilst you may not like 'reach out' its just moving forward - I am sure Shakespeare would have disliked how someone in the 1850's wrote and spoke.

I dislike it when someone uses words to try and make themselves appear clever or more knowlegable than someone else.

.........."Have a day off".........

theshedman: "Being referred to in a restaurant as Guys as in what would you Guys like." - I hate that when they refer to everyone as Guys even the girls!

RH: "I dislike it when someone uses words to try and make themselves appear clever or more knowlegable than someone else." - Yes, cacozelia makes me want to defenestrate the perpetrator.

So he turned round and he was like, 'What?' so I turned round as was like..know what I mean?

"Don't know how you find OFAH amusing in that case, TTT.  Mon dieu" - I don't think I have ever heard that in OFAH (turned around atc) and I have watched it a lot. Bonnet de douche!

Question Author

It was only the misuse of French phrases that I referred to in OFAH, TTT - you said at 9:59 that it makes you want to throw the perpetrator out of the window.  Delboy is famous for mangling the French language to impress

"I get that" and "anti semitism"

'I protest', when used improperly. e.g. 'I protest this ruling' instead of  'I protest against this ruling'. It's sneaking in everywhere.

Barry 11:10 I was trying to be amusing at RH: "I dislike it when someone uses words to try and make themselves appear clever or more knowlegable than someone else."

I used some rare words to try and be ironic it's not how I really feel.

"- Yes, cacozelia makes me want to defenestrate the perpetrator."
