Its freezing!

I am very tired due to a geriatric cat and a dog that wouldn't settle!

Not heard humpday for a good while.  Cold here in Preston, off out for a wander around the docks shortly , followed by Jigsaws for us today

Morning! Oh I had a geriatric cat once she was howling and up and down all night!

Damp and overcast here and it gives me energy so I can actually walk to village and back!

neti - its exhausting! I think I have just got her settled down and then she gets up again uses the tray or has a nibble on her food and then starts screaming again.

How is her hearing Helen?

Deaf cats will make a racket. I had one that was born deaf, and he never shut up. I had to keep the bedroom door closed as he'd be 'announcing' himself constantly.

her hearing is grand - she can hear a tin of tuna being taken out of the cupboard when she is on the others side of the cottage

Lol...Toby is the same. Luckily he only shouts when he hears my alarm go off. Then, from the moment I head downstairs...he's swiping my feet. Food! Play! NOW!

Redhelen. I was 75 when my poor cat did this. I used to cry with exhaustion but had to let her in and out. She'd bounce on the bed and then thump off again!

It is so wearing!

....and at the height of  her  madness she would only settle curled round the base of the toilet!! Which made it rather difficult to use and she wouldn't move!
