Hi, we have a group of six flats and an R/A which we pay into to cover annual expenses eg ground rents, building insurance. Is it possible to open a current account to pay in our monthly subscriptions and pay expenses?

Thx

Yes you can.  It would be a Community Bank Account and most banks offer them. I know Lloyds and HSBC do.
