I have a mobile phone,on a Pay As You Go (Vodaphone I think).

I don't know how to operate it!

It is my late partners phone,and he was very wary of letting me know how it works.

Is there anywhere that might have a video of this.

I can just about bring up the phone book, but cannot see how to access anything else on it.

The phone is an up to date model, with a big screen,if that helps?

Help please.

If it's not an Apple, look for an icon named "Settings", tap that and look for "About phone". (This may be located under "System" or "About device", depending on the version of Android.)Once you’ve located the section, tap on it to open a new page with detailed information about your phone. Here you’ll be able to see the manufacturer, model name and number

As far as I am aware,my computer is plugged into the router.

Does this simplify matters?

Well it is algood and bad, but overall probably good.

You don't connect over WiFi, but by a wire.

It's good because that's why you don't have problems and have a good connection.

The bad is that your phone can't connect to your home internet without WiFi.

I don't think that will be a problem for you as you have a computer doing that job. However if you should use the phone to connect to the internet it will eat up your phone's PAYG credit.

My computer is connected(via router) on my BT landline,I only use my mobile for personal calls etc.I think this is a bit confused sorry.
