I agree that Shakira can do no wrong, but me and the lads at work have decided that she's not a real person anyway. We reckon she was designed in a factory somewhere in Columbia.

Dassie you may have worked for HMRC but you are wrong about NI Contributions and Pensions. In this year it's estmated that 90 billion pounds will be raised through NI but only 54 billion pounds wil be paid out in State Pension Widow's Benefit and Bereavement Benefits.
What happens to the rest of the 36 billion?
