My current combi microwave has a hidden grill element, no turntable and two shelves but I use it for a lot more than you.  It cost a lot more, too.

The cheap and cheerful 700W should suit you very well, splash out on the grill for the sake of your baked spuds

Always had 700w, but next one 800w, most instructions are for the 800w . IME .
