My Computeri Can't Log In To Answerbank

I'm on tablet here  Have tried multiple times but when I log details it brings me over and over back to log details again but can't get onto my big computer.  Also can't get onto. My. Hotmail or outlook

have you logged on?  Are you using the correct password?

can you see the page, but not log on?

I see you were given advice about another issue to clear your cache.  If you did that, it would have cleared your password and it will need putting in again
