I would respect it more if I knew what the hell they were talking about.

Seems like an elite club

To the rest of us it sounds like a bunch of religious folk deciding
that burning a cow in some ancient bizzare religious ceremony is a good idea.

Red Heifer? Sure smells fishy to me.
Then don't eat it.
Beef that smells fishy?
Nah,
You're right, too much at steak.
Half red herring / half brown trout, like you occasionally find floating in a swimming pool.
I'm glad I don't swim in the same pools that you swim in Mibn, etc.
I suspect the notion of a signal of the end of times with the vast majority of the world’s population either obliterated or spending eternity in hell (depending on your particular flavour of ‘compassionate’ Christianity) is music to your ears, fiveleaves. Is it?

Naomi, What are the last words in the Bible? That will give you my answer
OK, so since this was posted yesterday, I've watched so many vids about it and I'll still ask why? What revalance does it have?
So some barbarians, who belong to an ancient blood cult, want to kill a red heifer, burn it and want to sprinkle its ashes over people.
AND?
fiveleaves; Why don't you tell us the last words in the bible? Why keep people hanging on trying to figure out what you mean?
fiveleaves. I'd be grateful if you could talk to us as adults, and not speak in riddles all the time. Why can't you discuss things like grown-ups?
Who decided what to put in the Bible, and what missed the cut?
Perhaps they were a bit tipsy when they agreed to Revelations.
fiveleaves, 18.44 Tues. That's a cop out. I'll ask again, Does it please you?
Last words in the Bible for fiveleaves, surely it's 'My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?'

Atheist. I am treating you as adults. It is hardly difficult to find out what the last words of the Bibe are. Anyway it was a comment to Naomi
I believe the last five words are:

Looney Tunes, that's all folks.
Fiveleaves, I get a sneaking suspicion that you won't respond to my question because the answer is one that would indicate self-interest rather than the much trumpeted Christian values of love and compassion. Am I wrong - or is that another question you won't answer?
