How do I get this to work with a talktalk tv box? I have HDMI cable connecting talktalk box to tv and another HDMI cable connecting soundbar to TV, and TV sound is set to "external", but nothing is coming out of the soundbar. Thanks.

According to documentation for the TalkTalk and the Lg Sp2 Soundbar, connect your TalkTalk Box to your soundbar and then to the TV. https://www.manua.ls/lg/sp2/manual?p=2

HDMI OUT on TalkTalk connecting to HDMI IN on the soundbar. HDMI OUT (TV ARC) on the soundbar connecting to HDMI IN (ARC) on the TV.

An alternative method is to use your present setup with an Optical cable instead of an HDMI cable when connecting the soundbar to the TV.
