Evicted Housemate Query

A housemate to a HMO was evicted owing rent to the letting agent. The bailiffs were called but he did not have all of his possessions by out of the house by the stated time.

The front door and his room lock were changed .He was told to contact the letting agent for further enquiries

Cab I pass him as an ex housemate his kitchen and fridge/freezer food, and mail through the window if he requests it ?

After possession, a land lord is obliged to keep the object of the evicted person and give him a chance to collect them.
( since the fella has left, there doesnt seem to be much chance of that).

It is customary to give the tenant 21 days or more to collect their goods. If all legally correct steps have been taken to contact the former tenant, and the notice period has ended, landlords can then dispose of the belongings.
