Can you get Actimel in America? Mainly Florida I'm thinking. If not, anyone know what the equivalent is out there? Ta

Others you could look for are Yakult and Muller Vitality Probiotic that's what I drink and it's lovely. Do you know you are only supposed to drink these bateria drinks for 4 weeks on then 4 weeks off? Apparently it's like anti-biotics so if you drink if over 4 weeks your system gets immune to it and you stop getting the benefit of it.
