Hello, I am trying to create my own customized recording with my voice for affirmations and self-hypnosis but not sure where to start as far as the creating part goes. I have the script. So far I have seen an app called 'alphamind' and 'promise' but was wondering if anybody had any better suggestions. Thank you

If you just need an audio recorder then try Audacity.

Its free and has lots of tools to clean the quality of any recording.
