Hi folks, am feeling somewhat disgruntled (love that word!) with Go Outdoors at the moment and they just don't response to online messages. Does anyone know who I can address a physical letter to - I think they are currently (or used to be) part of JD Sports, but not 100% sure about that fact. And I would love to get an address so I can write to their CEO .... hope someone can help, please, Cheers, Chox.

You are right, Go Outdoors is part of JD Sports. The CEO is Lee Bagnall and his email address is [email protected]

Emailing him is the best method of contact but you can follow it up by sending a registered letter to

I've only ever attempted one purchase in Go Outdoors, from their store on Gt Ancoats St in Manchester. It was a cap. The price on the rack said £11. When I got to the checkout, it tilled up as £15. When I pointed this out the girl said the £11 price was only for Go Outdoors Members, so I told her to put that in her cap and wear it, or something similar. Not been in since. Hey ho!
