Too tired tonight to be a night bird. I managed to fall asleep 10 mins, before the end of Happy Valley! Just caught up on it. Brilliant ending. Why did I feel sorry for Tommy?

I crocheted 3 huge crocheted blankets years ago. In fact I knitted and crocheted most evenings. Can't do it now. My hands don't work well :0((

I have a few blankets on the go just now to try to use up a ridiculous stash of wool. Then I get a bit fussy about colours matching, buy more wool, the stash grows!
I used to send them to Knit for Peace but postage and all the form filling we now have to do stopped that. A local hospital now gets them for cancer patients who, I believe, get very cold during chemo.
