'We're going to see acts in the bodycam that defy humanity': Memphis top cop warns fatal traffic stop beating of Tyre Nichols by five 'amped up' cops was 'worse than Rodney King' - and he wasn't driving recklessly

Jeez.

^ Good question. You'd think the BLM mob would be more angered at black cops murdering their own. This was a deliberate beating whereas Chauvin was just restraining a thug who wouldn't comply with police instructions.
^^because it wasn't a racially motivated killing, it was five assholes with badges killing an unarmed innocent.
I know exactly what it was mozz and I'm still surprised BLM aren't up in arms!
BLM are probably tied up in knots at the moment wondering how to react.

Way has everyone gone for the race angle?

This shows the underlying Police brutality that exists in the US. And that is what they need to tackle. There can be no excuse for 5:1 beating someone to death, it is gang mentality and clearly they thought they would get away with it.

Surely they have to get life?
I am using the 'race angle' because when I read this sad and sorry tale, I expected to see five white faces not black, and was shocked when I did so.

I personally do hope they get life, without parole. The sheer brutality of this cowardly beating takes my breath away.

Also, what amazes me is that there are cameras everywhere these days, so why do bullies like this think they will get away with such brutality??

dave at 15:43 good point.
Dave @ 15:43 black lives still matter, but clearly this is not a race thing.
It is police brutality at it's worse.
Clearly there's no solidarity between these black brothers.
The only person in the world who knows whether Floyd’s death was racially motivated is Chauvin, and if it was, I doubt he’ll admit it anytime soon.

People jumped on to it being a racially motivated killing simply because it was white on black, they made an assumption, and leapt onto the bandwagon with glee.

As fat as the bandwagonjumpers were concerned, white on black was all that was needed to leap to the conclusion it was racially motivated.

It may well have been racially motivated, but nobody, literally nobody, will ever know unless Chauvin confirms it.

The assumption that it was racially motivated brought about the BLM riots in the Summer of 2020.

Both killings were awful, but I would argue the latest one is worse as they set about the poor bloke like wild animals, so should I expect to see further BLM riots over the coming days and weeks over this awful killing? Somehow I doubt it.
I agree with royfromaus - a whole factory farm of fruitcakery.
Dear god. I agree with Roy and Dave. Some days you just think there is no hope. :-(
Take it or leave it.
Make of it what you want, but
Ive had the absolute crap kicked out of me
by UK police.
Ive literally had my head kicked in to the point that they have had to take me to hospital to get my head stitched up with the excuse that I hit my head while resisting arrest????
A size 10 in your head is nothing that you forget about....

Sad that Kay Burley hadn’t got the balls to challenge her properly. But then we know where that would have gone …
20:16, so even when it's 5 black rozzers it's white supremacy! Right oh! MAABOF!
I read about this on Saturday. Horrendous.
