A Weird Sign?

My back has been sore today so I went to lie down in bed with a hot water bottle on my back and a Sudoku on my Kindle. I fell ssleep.
When I was waking up I heard a man's voice talking quietly. When I finally woke fully I realised that an audio book was playing. I have no idea how it managed to play.
I've never listened to audio books on this device before.
It was a book about how to stop thinking about writing a book and to just start writing.
A sign?

Just reminded me whilst I was in hospital in november a kindly nurse switched my tablet on and found some lovely soft meditation music on so I could sleep and pulled the screen round my bed. To my horror somehow I knocked the tablet off the bedside cupboard in the early hours of the morning, it ended up with ABBA and dancing queen at full blast. Lights turned on. Nurses rushed in. I woke the whole ward up.
