I have been on a six week program to lose weight for two weeks. I have lost weight but my body fat is rising and not lowering. I would like to know if this is possible and what can be done to reduce not only my weight but also my body fat.

Those machines are not reliable at all - the readings will fluctuate wildly depending on many many things, including how much fluid is in the body. I am not suggesting fluid retention, by the way, just through drinking normally.

The only reliable way to measure body fat is with calipers by a person who knows what they are doing.
Depends what sort of method you used to lose weight, the body can use muscle rather than fat stores for energy so if you did little or no excercise and the weight lose was down to diet only then that could be another reason.
