Been to a funeral then to the pub with friends, even getting from my daughters car to home ( a very minimal distance , was sooooo cold ( she picked me up)

It's -6 °C in Manchester, ouch that's cold. I have a friend who lives there and for whatever reason (I'm not actually sure why) he hasn't had any assistance with his energy bills. I wonder how cold it's going to get this year.

He should have had the £400 that the government has given everyone. Either it's credited to your bill, or is a voucher (prepaid meters)

For some reason he hasn't, or at least that is what he has told me. I only know him online. I thought everyone was entitled to that money?
