Sounds trivial haha but that noise would drive me crazy. I have to have complete silence before I can get to sleep. Lost his case in court. I feel sorry for him. What say you?

I am very noise sensitive and next door’s boiler wakes me every time it fires up. Unnecessary noise makes my stress levels soar and some noises cause physical pain. I feel for that man but it would have been cheaper for him to move
I am 100% with him that would drive me bananas too. I have been known to go out in the garden in the middle of the night and stand there waiting for an intermittent noise and try and track it down and stop it. I totally sympathise. He'd have won if I was the judge. I think I'd have sold it and moved anyway rather than try and sue anyone. I find noises mush more bearable if I know what's causing it. Eg my CH pings a bit on start up but that doesn't worry me because I know what the cause is.
The trouble is now he will find it hard to sell if he wants to move out ; on account of the publicity
Ah Bubble wrap :))

I've done that, too, TTT, played hunt the hum in the middle of the night
