We recently sold our property for slightly less than our outstanding mortgage, the shortfall was going to be paid on the day of completion (in the next few days), but we have just recieved notificaion that one of our loan companies who we are behind with have had an interim charge put on the house by the county court, of which has been processed through the land registry. Can we still complete the sale next week without paying the other lender in full??
