Welsh Vaccination Certificate

My wife and I need international vaccination certificates from the Welsh NHS. I cannot find anything except COVID certificates. The other home nations have a BHS app but I cannot find one for Wales. Any members here travelled recently or soon to travel? How did you get your certificate?

Or od you mean one showing all accinations on your records- covid, flu, typhoid etc

I need one for all vaccinations. Not just covid. England NHS seems to offer this easily but I cannot find a Wales NHS app let alone details of applying for a certificate.
