Taking Silica Tablets.

I got some 1000mg silica tablets a few months ago. The label said take one each day on an empty stomach.

I bought more recently from a different maker but they look like exactly the same tablet. However, these ones say to take one each day with food.

Does it really matter how you take them and is it safe to take them on an empty stomach?

Best to follow the instructions of the one you're taking
