Sorry if this is in the wrong place - did anybody living in South Manchester (notably Cheadle) happen to notice the police helicopter at about 1 o clock this morning? It was circling for a very long time but cannot seem to find out what it was all about. Any clues?

there was one flying over my house.... possable the same 1. and i live about 8 miles from bury in a lil place called edenfield. there was allot of police light flashing away on holcombe hill so maybe it was a accident?
