Hi
I am a pensioner working part time for an agency.
The agency do my PAYE and the taxman knows about my pension and I get a payslip.
If I decide to stop work will I have to inform HMRC or will the agency?
Will I get a P45?

The agency is legally obliged to issue a P45 and send Part 1 to HMRC:
