But tricky because we don't know what you have and haven't heard before, but my favourite 2 tracks that aren't all that well known are Battleflag by The Lo Fidelity Allstars and French Disko by Sterolab, both excellent to listen to on the ipod.
French Disko - bit o'class there Kags!
Some assorted ones:
Twisterella - Ride
Strawberry Letter 23 - Brothers Johnson
You're So Pretty - We're So Pretty - The Charlatans
Just Like Heaven - The Cure
There Goes The Fear - Doves
Tinseltown In The Rain - The Blue Nile
Race For The Prize - The Flaming Lips
Reach Out I'll Be There - The Four Tops
Dreams Of Leaving - The Human League
White Man In Hammersmith Palais - The Clash
Been Caught Stealing - Jane's Addiction
You Made Me Realise - My Bloody Valentine
Vanishing Point - New Order
Duel - Propaganda

You'll probably hate most of these. *shrugs*

Thanks for those, at the moment i have got a bit of eveything! but i just want something that i havent heard before. i have: 112 50 cent Alanis Morrisette All Saints Artful Dodger Basement Jaxx Blink 182 Blur Britney Coldplay Damien Rice Goo Goo Dolls - likin them alot Greenday Incubus Joseph Arthur Linkin Park Old Madonna Maroon 5 No dOUBT old Phil Collins Robbie Williams Speedway Staind Black eyed peas The Streets Sooo a bit of a collection. i like the kinda adult alternative like joseph arthur etc, so reccomendations would be great!
Franz Ferdiand, Foo fighters, The Raveonettes, The Rasmus, Placebo, Queens of the Stone Age, Stellastarr, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (great track called Maps) AFI, Westlife - oops, don't know how that slipped in.....
Ooooh, Tinseltown by The Blue Nile...what a cracking track. Duel too....superb. Waves of nostalgia Lodekka..I'm off to look that out and have a listen. What about some Goodbye Mr McKenzie, Horse, The Alarm, early Waterboys stuff (don't let the over played Whole of the Moon put you off), Echo and The Bunnymen, Stranglers...wow, showing my age tho huh??
Dandy Warhols, Kings of Leon
that's wierd jills, those were the 2 tracks I picked out of lodekka's list too, and went off to listen to them. We are ALL showing our age......
Hoobastank and The Calling!
John Prine, Tom Waits, Hipsway, World Party, Wonderstuff, Tracy Chapman, Steve Earle, Ron Sexsmith, Roddy Frame, Paul Brady, Love and Money, Juliet Turner, Hue and Cry, Beth Neilsen Chapman.
For new bands, Jet & The Killers come highly recommended by a mate of mine. No matter what new bands I listen to I always make time for Hendrix, especially less well known tracks like Earth Blues & Hey Baby (both on the "First Rays..." album). Then there's also more indie/alternative stuff like The Amps, McLusky, Snow Patrol etc.

Finally, I absolutely LOVE Super Furry Animals

idlewild - american english:manics - old stuff:the cult - rain:the prodigy - anything from musis for the gilted generation:bad - e=mc:Ash - goldfinger/burn baby burn/shining light:breeders - cannonball i could go on but i'll be here all day
The Flirtations-Nothing but a heartache Jimi Hendrix-Hey Joe (live at woodstock) Smokey Robinson-California Soul Betty Everett-It's getting mighty crowded Red Hot Chili Peppers-Don't Forget Me Coldplay-Amsterdam Jurassic 5-Concrete Schoolyard Faithless-Insomnia Marlena Shaw-California Soul The Rolling Stones-Gimme shelter Pink Floyd-High Hopes Buffalo Springfield-Stop T-Rex-Get It On Edith Piaf-Je ne regrette rien Now you can tell s your a 'variety' man.
Hi, as you like alternative stuff, I have 2 suggestions. i don't know if you have these but if you don't, give Blink 182- Always and Incubus- Southern Girl a try. Hope you enjoy xx
