Can't Understand This At All

I have tried searching for a TV programme on my smart TV ITV Hub, and it's just not there, its called Trigger Point. Did a search but to no avail, yet I can watch it on the laptop, which doesn't make sense. Does it make sense to others?
I didn't know what category to put this in, so plumped for technology, but could be tv...

Not bad - technically underpowered - they mention acetone peroxide ( mother of all explosives) and then get the mechanism wrong

good drama - worth watching
