its Philosophers stone and he gets nervous because he knows Harry is a special child, as proven later on in the movie.
Who's Mr Dursley?
Vernon Dursley, Harry's uncle i believe...
Vernon Dursley is Harry’s uncle. Vernon is a large, beefy man with a moustache and very little neck. He is the director of a firm called Grunnings, which manufactures drills. Vernon and his wife Petunia took Harry into their home after he was orphaned.
Because his wife's sister, Harry's mother, was a witch - married to a wizard - and he fears that Harry will be a wizard too - which, of course, he is.

Mr Dursley is Harry Potter's uncle. Harry's magical parents were killed so Harry is taken to live with the Dursleys who are muggles - non-magical people.
