Do you mean flood with petrol or flood as in under water and what bike are you talking about?

flood as in petrol - yamaha tzr 125
Usual way with a petrol flooded engine in a bike or car is to try and start it with the throttle fully open.

This should clear the excess petrol in the cylinder or cylinders.

If this does not work take the plug or plugs out clean them and turn the engine over a few times, replace plugs and try again
