I take it that you aren't actually on Adderall but are experiencing similar effects of a strong stimulant.

If you feel you are out of control then seek some help from your physician.

is this in relation to some medication you've taken? If so, ask the doctor. If you haven't taken anything but feel as if you had, see your doctor about that too.
