ive just returned from tenerife and in the little mexican restaurant i found they used to give us a little plate of what they called 'tatapas' with a salsa sauce. they are like tortilla chips/crisps and i think they are deep fried. i've been looking for the recipe everywhere but had no luck. anyone heard of these or no how to make them? thanks
