I've just got SkyQ in about 4-5 weeks now and was happy with the price per month, now they've sent me an email to say it is going up by £1.30 a month in April.

Do you accept this or what, I did try to "chat" to them but am only getting virtual assistant.

I thought I was on a fixed price with talktalk - got a letter saying it is going up £2 in April then by inflation + 3.7%(?) every coming April.

Will have to check the small print!
Everything goes up in April, jenny. (cept my wages. ;-()
Odd they didn't give you a fixed-term offer. Voda offer one year fixed-price.

don't these companies have the upper say - one has no choice on the matter.
It's in the small print I'm afraid JJ

Paignton - there was so much tooing and frooing, no answers for weeks at a time - when an actual manager started to do something about getting the SkyQ - I would not have been aware of fixed term business.

I had been paying £38 and getting it reduced to £25 was great, now it will be £26.30 - now I know it is not much but wouldn't like to think it will keep on increasing.

Bobbs - must say I never look at the small print - don't even remember now if I got paper notice about getting it in. It's probably in the loads of emails I received tho.
It's usually around this time of year when they put their prices up JJ
Have you got the SKY app on your gadget, you can see all you need on there

Oh jeepers - Bobbs - I'm dealing with enough techie stuff - and so at the moment don't do downloading apps on the wee tablet yet.

Have a tablet or whatever it is Fire Amazon, Firestick at the back of TV which has turned TV into Smart, SkyQ

This computer in the bedroom, and through Firestick I downloaded Amazon, Outlook, MyPhotos, etc.

Do be sorta afraid of downloading stuff and then payment coming out of my Amazon account.
Noooo, it doesn't cost to download the Sky app via Google JJ
It is the usual annual increase. I'd be happy with the reduction from £38 and pay the £1.30
I got a letter yesterday telling me my Sky Signature (whatever that is) and Sky HD are going up by £1 each in April.
This is what it says on my email “If you recently joined Sky TV or signed up to a new minimum term, the price change above won’t apply to those services for the first 60 days.”
