I know there's been heavy snow in some parts of the UK in the last few weeks and now it's finally in London. Maybe it'll stop people going out unnecessarily. Although it may be difficult for those going for their jabs.

Obviously opening early works for them otherwise they wouldn't do it.
its only on a sunday tonyv, they usually get very busy then.
We have quite a lot in Bucks, and still snowing quite heavily. The dogs are so excited, they haven't stopped bouncing around the garden :-)
its eased off now.
Sorry emmie, but I still do not see the point. I appreciate Sunday is their busiest day with the shortest trading hours, but who needs 1/2 hour browsing time.
Half an hour of filling a trolley, is quite doable...

It started at about 9.30 here in Bedfordshire and hasn't stopped since. It's about 4/5 inches deep now - yuk
i don't know tonyv, i know its not my thing at all, i like to get in buy what i need and get out. but they get very busy particularly today, and give half an hour grace to those many who seem to do their weekly shop today.
