Granddaughter works at tesco between college and rugby. She finished last night at 7.30 pm. Couldn't get home due to floods. Tesco booked her and three others into a premier inn and paid for it too.
Mind she cost her mum a bit by buying toiletries, underwear and a cuddly toy ( a toy cow) as she can't sleep without something to cuddle.
This is the potential england rugby player!!!

LOL, she'll be just fine in the scrum.
>>> she'll be just fine in the scrum

. . . especially if they start allowing mixed sex rugby teams ;-)
We're all still children at heart.
Surely if shes working at tescos she can afford to buy her own toy cow, knickers and other stuff.

Nice to know she was kept safe, Caran...x

Matters not, Piggy. That's what Mums do at times like that.
Not to decry Tescos good deed, but will simply put on expenses and come of the bottom line.

Oi madam, and Dad's I'll have you know ;-)
Premier Inn! Pity she didn't work for Waitrose, they would have put her up in the Ritz.
Sorry, Tonyav....Dad's of course do.

Oh you're a cheerless old dampner, TonyV. We know that but best at times just to leave it at a nice thing to do...now have a lovely and cheery Christmas....x
My two daughters work at Tesco, they are good to work for.
I will do Gness had my Christmas kiss xx
Socially distanced kiss, TonyV....I'm a bit miffed that my mistletoe is as wasted this year as my diary has been..... :-(
